Who Is Responsible?

What We Collect

• If you contact us: Your email and name (so we can respond to you)
• If you create an account: Account, authentication and preference information needed to provide the requested features
• If you use price alerts or newsletters: The contact details and preferences needed to provide that service
• Automatically: Technical security information and, only with consent, visitor statistics
• Browser storage: Language, currency, privacy choices and other preferences
• If you connect a social account: The platform account identifier, display name, granted permissions, access and refresh tokens, and publishing status needed to provide the connection
• If you use social publishing: The content, caption, media URLs, destination settings and technical delivery records needed to create and confirm the post

Why We Process Information

• To provide requested services: such as accounts, price alerts, support and an authorized social media connection
• To publish at your direction: to send approved content and settings to the social platform you connected and report the resulting status
• For legitimate interests: to secure, maintain and improve NexaWeb where those interests do not override your rights
• With your consent: for non-essential analytics; you may withdraw consent at any time
• To meet legal obligations: where applicable

Service Providers and Data Transfers

We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting, security, email and analytics providers that process limited information for us. Google Analytics is activated only after consent. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA and must use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards.

Connected Social Media Accounts

When you choose to connect a social media account, the platform sends NexaWeb an account identifier, the permissions you approved and authorization tokens. We use them only to provide the requested login, account connection or publishing feature. NexaWeb never receives your social media password.

When you direct NexaWeb to publish, we send the selected media, caption, disclosure and destination settings to that platform. The platform processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can revoke access in the platform's account settings. You may also contact us to remove the stored connection; authorization tokens are then deleted or disabled, except for limited security records we must retain.

When You Click Through

When you click on a product and go to a store - their own rules apply. We cannot control what they collect.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies or browser storage for security, login, language, currency and remembering your privacy choice. These are required for features requested by you.

Google Analytics is non-essential and remains disabled until you accept analytics. You can reject it without losing access to NexaWeb.

Use the “Cookie settings” button displayed at the bottom of the website to review or change your choice at any time. You may also clear stored data through your browser.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide requested services, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type. You may ask us for details or request deletion where the law allows it.

For connected social accounts, authorization tokens are retained only while the connection remains active. Publishing request and status logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, security, troubleshooting and legal compliance.
