Agreement and operator

By using NexaWeb.net, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. NexaWeb is operated by Ahmed Nori, Natt och Dags gränd 24, 165 53 Hässelby, Stockholm, Sweden. You can contact us at info@nexaweb.net.

If you use NexaWeb on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. Mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law are not limited by these terms.

What NexaWeb provides

NexaWeb helps visitors discover product listings, review available prices, save preferences, create alerts and continue to third-party retailers. NexaWeb may also offer tools that let an authorized user prepare or publish content to a connected social media account.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts through deceptive means, impersonate another person or use credentials belonging to another person or organization.

Connected services and social publishing

If you connect a third-party account, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Pinterest, you authorize NexaWeb to use only the permissions you approve for the feature you request. The third-party platform's own terms, privacy rules, content policies and technical limits also apply.

• You must own the connected account or have authority to manage and publish to it.
• You are responsible for reviewing content, captions, disclosures and destination settings before publication whenever a review screen is provided.
• You must have the necessary rights to images, video, text, music, trademarks and other material you submit or direct NexaWeb to publish.
• Platforms may review, delay, restrict or remove content independently of NexaWeb.
• You may revoke a connection through the relevant platform or ask us to remove the stored connection.

NexaWeb will not sell access to your connected social account or publish outside the permissions and publishing settings associated with the service you enabled.

Acceptable use

You may not use NexaWeb to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, manipulate platform engagement, send spam, publish deceptive content or interfere with the service. You may not scrape, probe or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Product information and affiliate links

Product information, prices, availability, shipping and discounts come from third parties and may change without notice. Always confirm the final details on the retailer's website before buying.

NexaWeb uses affiliate links and may receive a commission after a qualifying purchase. This generally does not change the price you pay and does not determine the retailer's obligations to you.

Content and intellectual property

NexaWeb's original site design, software, editorial text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Retailer names, product images and product information may belong to their respective owners.

You retain ownership of material you provide. You grant NexaWeb a limited license to store, process, format and transmit that material only as needed to provide the feature you requested. This license ends when the material is deleted or the service no longer needs it, subject to reasonable backups and legal retention duties.

Availability, changes and suspension

We may maintain, change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform API changes or service operation. We may suspend access that creates a security risk, violates these terms or threatens the service or another user. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating NexaWeb, but third-party listings, prices, availability and platform services are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, NexaWeb is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused solely by a retailer, social platform, network provider or other independent third party.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.

Ending your use

You may stop using NexaWeb at any time and may request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting us. Ending your account does not change rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory protection available in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us at info@nexaweb.net. You may also use any competent consumer dispute body or court available under applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or platform changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
